1) Who are the Indianapolis Colts, and where are they based?
The Indianapolis Colts are a football team competing in the South Division of the American Football Conference (AFC) of the National Football League (NFL). Their headquarters are currently based in the Indiana Farm Bureau Football Center in Indianapolis, Indiana.

2) How were the Indiana Colts established?
The Indiana Colts actually began as the Baltimore Colts but financial troubles and ownership issues led to the team’s dissolution. After two seasons, the team re-surfaced, but it wasn’t until the 1980s that they relocated to Indianapolis and re-named themselves as the Indianapolis Colts.

3) Which home fields have the Colts played?
From 1953 to 1983, the Colts first played at the Memorial Stadium, located in Baltimore, Maryland. In 1984 they moved to their new home field at Hoosier Dome (which was later renamed as RCA Dome), in Indianapolis, Indiana, where they played until 2007. In 2008 they moved to Lucas Oil Stadium, also in Indianapolis, and they have played there since.

The team won three NFL championships (1958, 1959 and 1968) while they were still known as the Baltimore Colts. Since their relocation in Indianapolis and their re-naming as Indianapolis Colts in 1984, so far the team has won two league championships.
